Custom two-piece candle boxes use a separate lid and base to give candle jars, tins and curated sets a clean, premium presentation. The lift-off construction creates a more deliberate unboxing experience than a standard folding carton and provides generous printable surfaces for brand graphics, product information and finishing details.
For a production-ready structure, Crown Win Packaging develops the box around the actual candle container, not a generic size. Please provide the vessel diameter or L × W × H, filled weight, lid profile, required clearance and number of units per box. Rigid greyboard with a printed paper wrap is suitable for premium retail and gifting, while paperboard or corrugated constructions can be evaluated for lighter products or distribution-focused projects. Optional paperboard, EVA, sponge or molded-pulp inserts can center the candle, separate multiple units and reduce movement during handling.
Branding options include high-precision offset printing, CMYK or Pantone color matching, inside-and-outside printing, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte lamination and soft-touch lamination. The lid depth, reveal between lid and base, corner alignment, insert height and opening resistance can all be adjusted to suit the desired presentation and pack-out process.
Before mass production, we recommend a structural prototype using the actual filled candle to confirm fit, stability, lid friction and insert retention. Final material, MOQ, sampling time and production schedule are quoted after the dimensions, quantity, artwork and finishing requirements are reviewed. This approach gives candle brands, private-label suppliers and gift businesses a consistent box designed for practical packing as well as premium shelf presentation.
