Product Description
Custom telescopic rigid boxes consist of a separate lift-off lid that slides vertically over a fitted base, typically providing deeper overlap than a standard shallow-lid two-piece box. The structure creates a substantial presentation for jewelry, fragrances, cosmetics, apparel accessories, electronics, gift sets, and premium product collections. Crown Win Packaging adjusts the lid depth, base height, board thickness, and internal layout to suit the product and desired reveal.
A full-telescope lid may cover most or all of the base, while a partial-telescope design leaves part of the base visible for color contrast or easier opening. Lid-to-base clearance, wrap thickness, corner construction, overlap depth, and trapped-air release must be balanced so the lid moves smoothly without dropping too quickly or binding. The base can be fitted with paperboard, molded pulp, EVA, sponge, or fabric-covered inserts for positioning products and accessories.
Printed, colored, textured, and specialty wrap papers can be customized with CMYK or Pantone graphics. Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and matte, gloss, or soft-touch lamination can be applied to the lid, base, or both. Contrasting colors across the two components can make the telescoping reveal part of the visual design.
A structural sample helps verify opening resistance, air release, overlap, lid alignment, product clearance, insert retention, stacking, and packing method before bulk production. Production quality checks may cover dimensions, squareness, lid fit, wrapped corners, color, finishing position, insert placement, and export packing.
