Crown Win Packaging produces custom star-shaped boxes for gift sets, jewelry, cosmetics, confectionery in suitable primary packs, holiday collections, event favors, and promotional products. The star profile can be developed as a folding paperboard carton, rigid lid-and-base box, or multi-piece presentation structure depending on product weight, required depth, budget, and display expectations.
Unlike conventional rectangular packaging, a star-shaped box contains multiple points, internal angles, and short edges that require controlled die cutting, wrapping, creasing, and assembly. Board thickness and corner construction must be balanced so the shape remains defined without making the lid difficult to fit. Custom paperboard, molded pulp, EVA, or sponge inserts can be engineered around the central product area or individual star points. Decoration options may include CMYK or Pantone printing, specialty wraps, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, windows, and matte, gloss, or soft-touch finishes.
For quotation, provide the product dimensions and weight, required internal size and depth, star configuration, box style, quantity, artwork, insert layout, destination, and delivery target.
