Product Description
Custom square candle boxes provide a clean, space-efficient format for square jars, round vessels, pillar candles and coordinated gift sets. Crown Win engineers each box around the product’s measured length, width, height and weight, allowing the outer structure and internal support to work together. Depending on the sales channel, the box can be produced as a folding carton, rigid lid-and-base box, magnetic rigid box or corrugated presentation and shipping format.
Square construction offers broad printable panels for brand graphics, fragrance names, usage information and retail labeling. Choose paperboard, kraft paper, specialty paper, rigid board or corrugated board according to the required strength, finish and budget. CMYK or Pantone printing can be combined with foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, window cutouts, matte lamination or soft-touch lamination when compatible with the chosen material. Paperboard platforms, molded pulp, corrugated fittings or foam inserts can be developed to center the candle and reduce contact with the box walls.
Dimensional accuracy is particularly important for glass vessels and sharp-cornered jars. Crown Win can prepare structural dielines and prototypes for fit review, opening experience and packing trials before production approval. The final specification should consider jar tolerances, lid height, label placement, candle weight, stacking, master-carton configuration and the intended distribution route. For direct-to-consumer or export shipments, additional transit packaging may be required; the retail box alone should not be assumed to provide shipping protection.
