Custom round rigid boxes use a cylindrical body and fitted lid to create a distinctive presentation for candles, cosmetics, fragrances, bottles, accessories, gift sets, and promotional products. Crown Win Packaging customizes the internal diameter, external diameter, height, lid depth, board construction, and insert layout around the product rather than relying on a limited range of stock tubes.
The structure may use a separate lift-off lid and base, a telescoping lid, or a shoulder-and-neck arrangement, depending on the desired reveal and product access. Circular-wall accuracy, body roundness, lid clearance, wrap thickness, base alignment, and trapped-air release all affect how the package opens and closes. For heavier products, the base construction and insert support must be evaluated against the packed weight.
Paperboard, molded pulp, EVA, sponge, or fabric-covered inserts can center the product, separate accessories, and control vertical movement. Products such as candles, cosmetics, or food-related gifts should remain in independently suitable primary containers when direct-contact requirements apply.
Artwork is prepared around the full circumference, with careful control of the vertical wrap seam, logo orientation, repeating patterns, and barcode placement on a curved surface. Options include CMYK or Pantone printing, colored or textured papers, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and matte, gloss, or soft-touch lamination.
A prototype can verify roundness, lid resistance, product clearance, insert fit, standing stability, artwork alignment, and pack-out. Since cylindrical boxes can move inside rectangular shipping cartons, suitable dividers or secondary packing may also be required.
