Crown Win manufactures custom rigid candle boxes for glass and ceramic jars, metal tins, pillar candles, votive sets, diffusers, and multi-product fragrance gifts. Structures can include lid-and-base boxes, hinged magnetic boxes, drawer boxes, shoulder-and-neck boxes, book-style cases, and sleeve rigid boxes. Each package is engineered around the container diameter and height, lid profile, candle weight, accessory layout, opening experience, sales channel, and distribution method.
Rigid board is wrapped with printed, dyed, textured, or specialty paper to create the required presentation. Fitted paperboard, molded pulp, corrugated, EVA, or sponge inserts can support the candle base, provide clearance around the lid, and separate matches, care cards, or companion products. CMYK and Pantone printing support brand colors and scent variants, while foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and matte, gloss, or soft-touch lamination can emphasize selected graphics. Ribbons, pull tabs, and accessory compartments can be incorporated where appropriate.
A physical prototype is important for assessing jar fit, insert retention, lift-out access, box balance, lid alignment, wrap quality, artwork registration, and packing time. The rigid presentation box does not make a candle fire-resistant, control storage temperature, or by itself guarantee glass protection during parcel distribution. The brand owner should provide and approve candle-use warnings, ingredient or material information where required, product weight, batch coding, and destination-market labeling. For quotation, send the complete candle and accessory dimensions, individual weights, desired box and insert style, order quantity, artwork, packing method, destination, and required transport tests. Crown Win will use the approved sample to establish the material specification, production tolerances, quality checkpoints, and outer shipping-carton requirements.
