Product Information

Product Description

Custom printed food packaging sleeves provide a compact branding layer for trays, cartons, cups, tubs, clamshell containers, and sealed food packs. They are suitable for bakeries, restaurants, meal-preparation companies, confectionery brands, cafés, and retail food suppliers that want to add product identification without replacing the complete primary container. Crown Win Packaging can tailor each sleeve to the dimensions, shape, opening direction, and packing process of the underlying package.

Sleeves can be produced as straight bands, wraparound sleeves, locking sleeves, belly bands, or tray-and-sleeve systems. Paperboard thickness, fold positions, glue seams, locking tabs, cutouts, and viewing windows can be adjusted according to the container profile and required coverage. Accurate tolerances are important because an overly tight sleeve can deform the container, while a loose sleeve may shift during handling or display.

Brand logos, product names, flavor variants, barcodes, preparation instructions, and buyer-approved food information can be printed using CMYK or Pantone colors. Optional finishes include foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and suitable laminations. Crown Win Packaging can prepare a dieline and prototype to test sleeve fit, application speed, removal, stacking, barcode positioning, and retail appearance. Unless specifically designed and verified otherwise, the sleeve functions as secondary packaging and does not provide sealing, moisture protection, grease resistance, freshness preservation, or tamper evidence. Food-contact materials and regulatory requirements must be confirmed whenever the sleeve touches exposed food.
