Product Information
Product Description
Custom printed die-cut packaging boxes are engineered around the dimensions, shape, presentation, and handling requirements of a specific product. Unlike standard cartons, a custom die-cut structure can incorporate precisely formed panels, locking tabs, openings, handles, display sections, windows, or internal supports. Crown Win Packaging produces die-cut boxes for retail products, subscription kits, promotional sets, cosmetics, electronics, food products in primary containers, and many other commercial applications.
Paperboard, kraft paper, and corrugated board can be selected according to the required appearance, product weight, distribution method, and packing process. Structural options include tuck cartons, self-locking boxes, mailer boxes, display packaging, sleeves, shaped cartons, and one-piece folding designs. Inserts, partitions, and retention tabs can also be integrated into the dieline to organize components and improve presentation.
Our engineering process considers board thickness, paper grain direction, crease positioning, glue-flap dimensions, closure alignment, assembly sequence, and material utilization. A physical prototype is recommended when the design includes an unusual shape, tight-fitting insert, complex locking mechanism, or product-facing window. Custom printing and finishing options include CMYK, Pantone colors, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and protective laminations. During production, Crown Win Packaging checks cutting accuracy, crease quality, print registration, assembly, and pack-out consistency. Provide the product dimensions, reference images, desired box style, quantity, and artwork so our team can evaluate the structure and prepare a project-specific quotation.
