Product Information

Product Description

Crown Win Packaging can manufacture custom printed paperboard and corrugated secondary packaging for licensed ammunition brands and authorized distributors, subject to project review. Formats may include tuck-end cartons, sleeves and trays, flip-top cartons, and corrugated outer cases produced to an approved customer specification. This packaging is intended to organize, identify, and present factory-packed cartridges or components; it should not be represented as certified transport, child-resistant, moisture-proof, or safety packaging without documented qualification.

Development must begin with the applicable product classification, cartridge or component dimensions, unit count, total weight, orientation, internal retention system, required warnings, traceability information, and destination-market rules. Paperboard dividers, corrugated partitions, or customer-approved trays may be incorporated to maintain separation. Printing can include brand graphics, product identification, lot or variable-data areas, barcodes, handling instructions, and legally required text. Decorative finishes should only be used when they do not interfere with labeling, scanning, closure, or regulatory requirements.

For quotation, authorized buyers should provide complete technical drawings, approved dielines or samples, materials specification, quantity, artwork, distribution route, destination, and required delivery date. Crown Win can review manufacturability, dimensions, print layout, structural tolerances, assembly, and shipping-carton configuration. Functional validation, regulatory approval, hazardous-material classification, transport testing, labeling accuracy, and legal compliance remain the responsibility of the brand owner and qualified compliance professionals. Production controls may verify dimensions, material, print registration, barcode readability where specified, divider placement, gluing, count, and packing against the approved specification. Crown Win does not infer compliance from appearance or material choice alone.
