Product Information

Product Description

Custom hexagon rigid boxes use a six-sided structure to create a distinctive presentation for cosmetics, candles, jewelry, fragrances, confectionery gift sets, promotional products, and limited-edition collections. Crown Win Packaging engineers every box around the product dimensions, weight, display orientation, desired opening, insert layout, and packing process because hexagonal construction requires different tolerances from a standard rectangular setup box.

The structure may use a separate lid and base, a telescoping lid, or an internal shoulder-and-neck arrangement where technically suitable. Panel width, corner angle, board thickness, joint position, lid clearance, and wrap-paper direction are coordinated to maintain symmetry and consistent fit. Artwork must also be planned across six faces, with particular attention to panel sequence, logo orientation, fold transitions, and the placement of the main wrapping seam.

The interior can use a custom paperboard platform, molded pulp, EVA, sponge, or fabric-covered insert. A centered product may suit the geometry, while multi-component sets require careful compartment positioning so the visual weight remains balanced. Printed, colored, textured, and specialty wraps can be finished with CMYK or Pantone graphics, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and matte, gloss, or soft-touch lamination.

A structural prototype helps confirm lid movement, corner formation, stability, insert alignment, product access, artwork sequence, and packing efficiency before production. Because hexagonal boxes may use more shipping space than rectangular alternatives, the master carton and distribution method should be reviewed during development. Production checks can cover panel dimensions, corner consistency, lid fit, wrap seams, color, finishes, and final packing. Provide product dimensions, quantity, preferred opening, insert requirements, artwork, destination, and schedule for quotation.
