Product Information

Product Description

Custom drawer and sleeve rigid boxes combine a wrapped outer shell with an inner pull-out tray to create a controlled product reveal. The format works well for jewelry, cosmetics, fragrances, electronics, accessories, sample kits, and premium gifts. Crown Win Packaging engineers the sleeve, drawer, pull feature, and insert as one system based on the product dimensions, weight, opening direction, accessory arrangement, and packing workflow.

The drawer can be accessed with a ribbon loop, paper pull tab, thumb notch, exposed edge, or another practical opening detail. Full or partial extension can be evaluated, and an optional retention feature may help prevent the drawer from being removed unintentionally. Board thickness, wrap buildup, shell squareness, tray clearance, and center of gravity must be coordinated to achieve smooth movement without excessive looseness. Heavier contents may require additional drawer support and a different pulling arrangement.

Custom inserts can be made from folded paperboard, molded pulp, EVA, sponge, or fabric-covered components. Cavities, dividers, finger notches, and accessory channels can position each item and support an organized pack-out. The shell and drawer may use matching or contrasting printed wraps with CMYK or Pantone color, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and matte, gloss, or soft-touch lamination.

A prototype helps verify sliding resistance, drawer alignment, pull strength, retention, insert fit, product removal, artwork registration, and final packing. Production inspections can cover dimensions, shell and drawer movement, wrap seams, color, finishes, insert placement, and assembly consistency. For quotation, provide product dimensions and weight, quantity, opening direction, pull preference, insert layout, artwork, destination, and required timeline.
