Product Information
Product Description
Custom candle shipping boxes are corrugated transport packages designed for moving finished candles through parcel, wholesale and retail distribution channels. Unlike a retail candle carton, the shipping box must be specified around the complete pack-out: vessel type, filled weight, inner box, unit count, arrangement, void space and expected handling.
Crown Win Packaging can develop single-unit shippers, die-cut mailer-style cartons, multi-unit cases and master cartons for jar candles, tins and gift sets. Corrugated grade, flute profile, wall construction and box dimensions are selected according to load, stacking and presentation requirements. Die-cut corrugated inserts, paperboard partitions, collars, pads or molded-pulp components can separate glass containers, stabilize lids and prevent direct contact between units. Right-sizing also helps reduce uncontrolled movement and excess filler.
Outer graphics may range from one-color handling marks and product identification to full branded printing. Interior print can support unboxing or packing instructions, while barcodes, orientation marks, lot details and destination labels should be planned with warehouse and carrier workflows in mind. Decorative finishes can be considered for customer-facing shippers where compatible with the liner and conversion process, but structural performance remains the first priority.
For development, provide actual packed samples or precise dimensions, total shipment weight, units per case, pallet or parcel method, destination and any required test standard. A prototype should be packed exactly as intended and evaluated for closure, insert retention, assembly time and handling. The brand or logistics team should complete an appropriate transit-test program before launch; packaging should not be described as damage-proof without validation. MOQ, tooling, sampling and production lead time are confirmed after the corrugated specification and pack-out are approved.
