Product Information

Product Description

Custom candle packaging boxes give candle brands one coordinated packaging source for jars, tins, votives, wax melts and multi-piece gift collections. Because these products differ in weight, fragility, format and route to market, the correct solution should be selected from the product outward rather than applying one generic carton to every candle.

Crown Win Packaging begins with the candle container dimensions, filled weight, number of units, closure profile, sales channel and shipping method. Depending on the project, the structure may be a folding carton for retail, a rigid lid-and-base or drawer box for gifting, a window carton for product visibility, or a corrugated mailer for e-commerce delivery. Paperboard platforms, dividers, EVA, sponge and molded-pulp inserts can be engineered to hold the vessel, separate accessories and organize sets. Material thickness and board construction are matched to the load and desired presentation.

Artwork can be reproduced with high-precision offset printing and CMYK or Pantone color control. Available finishing routes include foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte lamination and soft-touch lamination, subject to the selected substrate and box structure. Interior printing can add instructions, fragrance notes or an unboxing message without crowding the outer panels.

For an accurate quotation, provide the physical candle or detailed measurements, order quantity, artwork, preferred material, finish requirements, destination and target delivery date. A prototype is recommended to review fit, insert retention, opening experience, label visibility and packing efficiency before mass production. If the candle or wax directly contacts any packaging component, the required contact, barrier and market-compliance specifications must be identified in advance. MOQ and lead time are then confirmed for the approved construction, helping wholesale and private-label buyers move from concept to repeatable production with fewer assumptions.
