Product Description
Custom black paper candle tubes combine a cylindrical paperboard structure with a controlled dark finish for candle jars, tins and tumblers. The format gives premium collections a distinctive shelf profile and continuous wraparound branding surface, while the black exterior can support metallic, gloss or tactile details without relying on an oversized graphic design.
Crown Win Packaging develops each tube around the actual vessel diameter, height, lid profile and filled weight. Important structural specifications include internal diameter, usable height, wall thickness, lid depth, base construction and opening resistance. Paperboard collars, base platforms, molded-pulp trays, EVA or sponge inserts can center the candle and reduce movement. Lift-off lids, telescoping tubes and shoulder-and-neck constructions can be evaluated according to the desired unboxing experience.
The black appearance may be created with dyed-through paper, specialty black wrap or controlled black printing. Each option produces different edge color, surface depth and rub performance. High-precision printing, Pantone color targets, opaque white elements, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte lamination and soft-touch lamination can be combined where compatible with the selected wrap. Artwork must account for the tube seam, lid alignment and any overlap in the printed sheet.
For quotation, provide the actual candle or precise diameter, height and weight, plus quantity, artwork, material preference, insert requirements and destination. A physical sample should be assessed for product clearance, lid friction, black color consistency, scuffing, seam alignment and packing efficiency. A decorative paper tube is not automatically parcel-ready, so direct-shipping projects require a suitable corrugated outer carton and validation. MOQ and production timing are confirmed after the construction and surface specification are approved.
