Product Information

Product Description

Crown Win Packaging produces custom automotive parts packaging boxes for aftermarket brands, component manufacturers, parts distributors, repair-product suppliers, and private-label programs. Packaging can be developed for compact replacement components, electrical accessories, interior accessories, vehicle-care equipment, installation kits, and other automotive products. Dimensions, box style, and interior organization are customized according to the part shape, weight, surface condition, accessory content, and distribution channel.

Available structures include folding cartons, corrugated boxes, mailer-style packaging, rigid boxes, tray-and-sleeve formats, and hanging retail cartons. Internal partitions and fitted inserts can organize the primary component, fasteners, cables, installation tools, manuals, and other accessories. Depending on the project, inserts may be produced from corrugated board, die-cut paperboard, molded pulp, EVA foam, or combined materials. Packaging requirements should be evaluated using actual product measurements, weight data, handling conditions, and outer-carton plans.

Branding options include CMYK and Pantone printing, product photography, part numbers, compatibility tables, barcode areas, installation information, and inside printing. Optional finishes include matte or gloss lamination, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing, and debossing. Crown Win Packaging supports structural engineering, dielines, prototypes, printed samples, bulk production, and packaging inspection. Checks may cover material grade, dimensions, cutting, printing, insert fit, folding, gluing, assembly, and final pack-out. The buyer is responsible for verifying all technical claims, compatibility information, safety warnings, trademarks, and market-specific labeling. Provide your component details, artwork, quantity, and destination for an accurate quotation.
