Product Information

Product Description

Crown Win Packaging manufactures custom tableware boxes for dinnerware, glassware, cups, bowls, plates, cutlery, serving pieces, and coordinated dining sets. Packaging can be developed for retail display, gifting, e-commerce, wholesale distribution, or export shipment. Corrugated cartons support transport-focused applications, while rigid presentation boxes and printed folding cartons can be used where shelf appearance and unboxing are priorities.

Tableware packaging should be engineered around the dimensions, weight, material, fragility, and arrangement of every component. Corrugated partitions, paperboard dividers, molded pulp trays, EVA, or other fitted inserts may be used to separate pieces and limit movement. Edge clearance, stacking direction, load paths, closure strength, lifting points, and empty space all affect performance. Printing options include CMYK or Pantone colors, product illustrations, handling information, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, and matte or gloss finishes where suitable. Decorative packaging does not automatically provide sufficient shipping protection for fragile products.

For quotation, provide product drawings or samples, dimensions and weight for each piece, pack quantity, required box style, insert layout, artwork, distribution method, destination, and target delivery date. Crown Win can review material grade, partition design, insert tolerances, assembly sequence, carton utilization, and packing method before prototyping. A complete pack-out sample should be evaluated with the actual tableware. Compression, drop, vibration, or other tests should be selected according to the product and logistics route rather than assumed from the box material alone. Production checks may cover dimensions, board condition, partition accuracy, insert fit, print registration, gluing, assembly, and final packing.
