Product Information

Product Description

Custom rigid boxes with inserts create a complete packaging system in which the outer box presents the brand and the internal structure positions each product or accessory. Crown Win Packaging develops inserts for cosmetics, jewelry, fragrance, electronics, gift sets, sample kits, promotional products, and other B2B packaging programs. The insert is selected around the item’s size, weight, fragility, surface, removal method, packing workflow, and presentation priorities.

Available concepts can include folded paperboard platforms, dividers, corrugated supports, molded pulp, EVA, sponge, and fabric-covered insert assemblies, subject to structure and sourcing. Cavities, compartments, finger notches, ribbon lifts, literature pockets, and accessory channels can be arranged to simplify pack-out and create a clear reveal. Fiber-based inserts may suit projects prioritizing paper-based construction, while foam-based options can provide more contouring and retention. The right solution depends on the actual product and required validation rather than appearance alone.

The rigid outer box can use magnetic, two-piece, drawer, book-style, or other suitable constructions. Wrap options include printed, dyed, textured, or specialty papers with CMYK or Pantone color, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and matte, gloss, or soft-touch lamination.

A structural prototype helps confirm retention, clearances, removal force, lid closure, accessory spacing, shipping orientation, and packing speed before mass production. Where transit, sustainability, food-contact, cosmetic-contact, ESD, or other specific performance is required, define the standard and test method during development. Production quality checks can cover box dimensions, insert position, cut accuracy, color, wrapping, surface finishes, and final pack-out. To request a quote, provide product samples or dimensions, weight, quantity, preferred box style, insert objectives, artwork, destination, and schedule.
