Product Information

Product Description

Crown Win develops custom wax strip cardboard display trays for retail sachets, folding cartons, pouches, refill packs, and hair-removal kits. These structures are designed to present several sellable units on a counter or shelf while keeping product names, usage categories, and branding visible. Open-top trays, front-lip displays, header-card trays, shelf-ready packs, and perforated cartons that convert from shipping cases into displays can be engineered around the exact unit dimensions, weight, quantity, and retailer footprint.

Paperboard can serve lightweight countertop programs, while micro-flute corrugated board provides additional rigidity for larger capacities or heavier kits. Internal dividers, retaining tabs, stepped supports, tear-away panels, and adjustable front walls can control orientation and customer access. Crown Win supports CMYK and Pantone printing, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte or gloss lamination, and brand-specific surface treatments. Dielines can include product-variant labels, usage messaging, warnings, barcodes, QR codes, replenishment information, and retailer-required copy supplied by the buyer.

For structural planning, provide a packaged unit sample or dimensioned drawing, unit weight, number of units per tray, desired rows and columns, shelf dimensions, order quantity, artwork, packing method, and shipping destination. Prototype testing can confirm tray stability, product visibility, removal access, header height, divider fit, assembly sequence, and ship-flat performance before production. If the tray also functions as an outer shipping pack, distribution testing should be performed with the complete load. Final hair-removal claims, directions, warnings, and market-specific information remain the buyer’s responsibility. Production inspection can cover print color, registration, scoring, die-cut accuracy, gluing, assembly, load arrangement, and final display appearance.
