Product Information

Product Description

Crown Win creates custom compact blush packaging boxes for pressed-powder compacts, cream blush cases, duo palettes, refill pans, applicator sets, and seasonal shade collections. Each carton is developed around the compact’s exact length, width, depth, weight, hinge position, and opening orientation. Folding cartons, sleeves, window boxes, drawer boxes, book-style rigid boxes, and corrugated mailers can be tailored for individual retail units, gift sets, PR kits, and e-commerce programs.

Material thickness and internal support are selected according to compact size, component fragility, and distribution conditions. Die-cut paperboard platforms, molded pulp, EVA, sponge, or fabric-wrapped inserts can hold compacts and brushes in a defined arrangement. Crown Win supports CMYK and Pantone printing, inside printing, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte or gloss lamination, and soft-touch finishes. Controlled artwork versions can manage blush names, shade indicators, barcodes, ingredients, directions, warnings, batch codes, and regional language requirements while retaining a common structural dieline.

For quotation and packaging development, provide physical samples or dimensioned drawings, unit weights, products per box, order quantity, artwork, finishing plan, packing method, destination, and target delivery date. A structural or printed prototype can verify compact clearance, insert retention, window placement, opening sequence, barcode position, and pack-out efficiency before mass production. Secondary paper packaging cannot guarantee that pressed powder will remain unbroken, so drop and distribution testing should be completed using finished compacts. Final shade information, cosmetic claims, and regulatory labeling must be approved by the buyer. Production inspection can cover artwork version, color, registration, finish alignment, die cutting, insert fit, assembly, and packing against the confirmed sample.
