Product Information
Product Description
Crown Win creates custom lip gloss packaging boxes for wand tubes, squeeze tubes, roller containers, pots, dual-ended products, and multi-shade sets. Packaging is developed from the actual container dimensions, cap or applicator profile, filled weight, and preferred orientation. This provides a more controlled fit and consistent shelf presentation than a generic carton. Available formats include straight tuck, reverse tuck, auto-bottom, sleeve, window, drawer, and rigid presentation boxes for retail, gifting, subscription, and promotional programs.
Folding paperboard supports efficient individual packs, while rigid board can be used for premium collections. For glass tubes or multiple components, die-cut paperboard platforms, molded pulp, EVA, or sponge inserts can maintain spacing and organize the opening experience. Brand artwork can be printed in CMYK or specified Pantone colors, with optional inside printing, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte or gloss lamination, and soft-touch finishes. Coordinated artwork versions can identify shades, barcodes, ingredients, directions, warnings, and batch areas across a product range.
For quotation and structural planning, send a sample or dimensional drawing, filled unit weight, product count, order quantity, preferred box style, artwork, finish requirements, destination, and delivery target. Prototype sampling can confirm cap clearance, product orientation, window placement, insert fit, closure performance, and packing efficiency before mass production. Secondary packaging cannot correct a leaking primary container, so filled-product and distribution testing should be completed by the buyer. Final cosmetic claims and market-specific labeling must also be supplied and approved by the buyer. Production inspection can cover print color, registration, finishing alignment, die cutting, gluing, assembly, and pack-out against the confirmed sample.
