Product Information

Product Description

Crown Win manufactures custom lip liner packaging boxes for wooden pencils, retractable liners, twist-up crayons, dual-ended formats, and coordinated shade sets. Because these products are narrow and often sold in multiple color variants, the carton must balance close product fit with enough printable space for identification and retail information. Straight tuck, reverse tuck, hang-tab, sleeve, window, and multi-pencil presentation boxes can be engineered around the exact liner length, diameter, cap profile, and packing orientation.

Paperboard thickness, grain direction, scoring, and closure design are evaluated to maintain clean edges on slim cartons. For sets, die-cut paperboard platforms, molded pulp, EVA, or sponge inserts can separate products and keep shade sequences organized. Crown Win supports CMYK and Pantone printing, inside printing, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte or gloss lamination, and soft-touch finishes. A shared structural dieline can be combined with controlled artwork versions for different shades, barcodes, languages, ingredients, directions, batch areas, and approved marketing statements.

For accurate development, provide physical samples or dimensioned drawings, product weight, number of liners per box, display requirements, order quantity, artwork, destination, and target delivery date. A prototype can verify end clearance, cap protection, hang-hole position, carton closure, insert retention, barcode readability, and packing efficiency before mass production. Final shade descriptions, ingredients, warnings, claims, and regulatory information must be supplied and approved by the buyer. Production controls can cover artwork version matching, print registration, color consistency, foil placement, scoring, die-cut accuracy, gluing, and pack-out against the signed specification.
