Product Information

Product Description

Crown Win produces custom lipstick packaging boxes for standard bullet tubes, slim cases, refillable formats, duo packs, and multi-shade gift sets. The carton is engineered around the lipstick case dimensions, cap profile, weight, and loading direction so the product fits neatly without excessive empty space. Folding cartons work well for individual retail units, while sleeves, drawer boxes, window cartons, and rigid presentation boxes can be developed for premium launches, collaborations, and promotional collections.

Paperboard grade and structure are selected according to the product weight, required shelf presentation, and distribution method. For sets, die-cut paperboard platforms, molded pulp, EVA, or sponge inserts can keep each lipstick aligned and make shade assortments easy to review. Brand artwork can be printed in CMYK or matched to approved Pantone colors. Optional finishing includes foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch coating, and inside printing. Controlled artwork versions can accommodate shade names, color indicators, barcodes, ingredient panels, batch areas, and language changes while retaining one approved structural dieline.

For structural review and quotation, supply the closed lipstick dimensions, unit weight, number of products per box, order quantity, artwork, finish references, packing method, destination, and target delivery date. A plain or printed prototype can verify tube clearance, flap closure, insert retention, barcode placement, opening sequence, and packing efficiency before production. Final product claims, ingredients, warnings, shade information, and market-specific labeling remain the buyer’s responsibility. Quality inspection can be defined for print color, registration, foil position, scoring, die cutting, gluing, assembly, and pack-out against the approved sample.
