Custom candle boxes with inserts combine an outer package with a fitted internal component designed around the candle vessel. Crown Win develops insert-supported packaging for glass jars, tins, pillars, votives, candle sets and accessories. The insert can help position the product, organize multiple pieces and create a controlled presentation when the box is opened.
The outer box may be a folding carton, rigid box or corrugated mailer, depending on product weight, sales channel and shipping conditions. Insert materials can include folded paperboard, corrugated board, molded pulp, EVA foam or sponge. Each option has different characteristics for appearance, retention, recyclability, cost and impact response, so selection should be based on the actual project rather than a standard claim. Finger notches, pull tabs, accessory wells and separate compartments can be incorporated where needed. Printing and finishes may include CMYK or Pantone colors, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV and matte or soft-touch lamination.
Crown Win begins with accurate measurements of the vessel, lid and any labels or protruding parts. A structural dieline and prototype can then be prepared to evaluate insertion, removal, clearance and movement before bulk production. For glass candles, the insert should be considered together with the outer box, master carton and distribution route; no insert can guarantee damage prevention without appropriate testing. Brands should validate the final pack through suitable fit, drop, vibration or transit trials for their channel.
