Product Description
Custom candle tube packaging provides a cylindrical presentation for candle jars, pillar candles, rolled candle sets and premium gift collections. The round format creates a distinctive shelf profile and broad wraparound branding area, but it must be engineered around the product diameter, height and weight to achieve controlled fit and reliable lid operation.
Crown Win Packaging can develop paperboard tubes with lift-off lids, telescoping constructions, shoulder-and-neck details or other project-specific closures. Key specifications include the tube’s internal diameter, usable internal height, wall thickness, lid depth, base construction and required clearance. Paperboard collars, platforms, molded-pulp trays, EVA or sponge inserts can center a jar, support the base and keep accessories separated. For long candles or multipacks, internal dividers may be added to control movement.
Outer wraps can use printed coated paper, kraft paper or specialty textured stock. High-precision offset printing with CMYK or Pantone color matching supports full wraparound artwork, while foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte lamination and soft-touch lamination can add controlled visual and tactile details. Artwork must account for the wrap seam, lid alignment and any visible overlap.
For quotation, provide the actual candle or exact diameter, height and filled weight, plus quantity, artwork, insert requirements, material preference, destination and delivery target. A physical prototype should be evaluated for product clearance, lid friction, base stability, seam alignment, insert retention and packing efficiency. Cylindrical retail tubes can roll and are not automatically parcel-ready, so direct-shipping projects require a suitable outer carton and validation. MOQ, tooling and lead time are confirmed after the tube construction is approved, supporting consistent production for retail and gifting programs.
