Product Information

Product Description

Custom candle jar boxes are engineered around glass, ceramic or metal vessels to improve presentation and keep the container correctly positioned through packing, retail handling and delivery. Unlike a generic carton, a made-to-size jar box accounts for the vessel diameter, total height, lid profile, filled weight and the clearance needed for labels or decorative elements.

Crown Win Packaging can develop folding cartons for everyday retail, rigid two-piece or magnetic boxes for premium collections, and corrugated outer packaging for e-commerce or wholesale distribution. Paperboard collars, base platforms, molded-pulp trays, EVA or sponge inserts can be used according to the jar material, weight and desired unboxing experience. The insert should support the base and limit lateral movement without placing damaging pressure on the lid or label.

Material options include paperboard, kraft stock, rigid greyboard with printed paper wrap and corrugated board. High-precision offset printing, CMYK and Pantone color matching support consistent brand presentation across fragrance ranges. Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte lamination and soft-touch lamination can highlight logos, scent names and collection details. Required candle warnings, ingredient information and barcodes should be reserved in the artwork from the start.

For quotation, provide the actual filled jar or accurate dimensions, unit weight, quantity, preferred structure, insert requirements, artwork, destination and target delivery date. A physical prototype is recommended to verify fit, closure, insert retention, label visibility and pack-out efficiency before mass production. Shipping applications should also be evaluated with the final jar, insert and outer carton configuration. MOQ, sampling and production time are confirmed after the specification is approved, giving candle brands and private-label buyers a repeatable packaging solution rather than a one-size-fits-all carton.
