Product Information

Product Description

Custom candle boxes with windows let shoppers see the candle vessel, color or label while the product remains contained in a branded carton. They are well suited to jar candles, tins, votives and gift ranges where visual recognition, fragrance identification or handcrafted details influence purchase decisions.

A successful window box requires more engineering than simply cutting an opening in a standard panel. Crown Win Packaging positions the window around the feature that must remain visible and accounts for the container diameter, filled weight, carton grain direction, crease lines, glue areas and stacking load. Front, top or wraparound openings can be evaluated, with an open aperture or a clear film where required by the product and market. Because a large opening reduces panel strength, board grade, window shape and placement should be balanced against protection and packing efficiency.

Available structures include tuck-end cartons, sleeves, auto-lock or reinforced-bottom cartons and selected rigid formats. A paperboard platform, collar, divider or other fitted insert can center the candle and keep the visible face aligned. CMYK and Pantone printing may be combined with foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte lamination or soft-touch lamination to build a consistent retail identity.

For development, supply the actual candle or exact dimensions, filled weight, desired viewing area, artwork, quantity and packing orientation. A prototype should be checked for window alignment, film adhesion if used, box rigidity, insert retention and ease of assembly. The visibility of required labels and warnings should also be confirmed before artwork approval. MOQ, sampling and production lead time depend on the structure, window treatment, material and finishes selected. The result is a display-focused package that supports brand presentation without overlooking practical B2B production requirements.
